3. Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If the cancellation request is within the 24-hour period, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled within the 24-hour period, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Customised or Personalised Items

Please note that customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
